Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@mickeysbrand.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
